This used to my blog about my journey to motherhood.
I’ve been a mother to a wonderful little girl for more than 2.5 years now.
Is the blog of any use to anyone?
I am thinking of taking it down…

You’re still in my google reader… which I only check once a week or so anymore. I took down my blog a LONG time ago. I’m not sure if I was even pregnant with Grant yet… and he’s over a year old now. And Warren turns 4 tomorrow.

Funnily enough, I just stumbled across your blog today as I was searching for E2 levels whilst taking Puregon. This is my first IVF cycle, so I find it very interesting to read others experiences. Congratulations on your little girl! 🙂

I enjoyed reading your blog as well! I’m uncertain if you’re still looking to add another little one to your family, but the clinic I go to now offers a money back guarantee on donor embryos. You pay a set amount (equivalent to one IVF cycle) and if after three embryo transfers ( two at a time), you don’t achieve a pregnancy or reach your second trimester, you get your money back. Again, not sure if this would be of interest to you, but I know how it feels to want another so badly. Big blessings to you!

I have just started day one of Puregon today, and was researching on what to expect when I came across your blog. I realized that it is a bit old and was wondering how it turned out for you. I am glad to see it worked! I am your age.. and am only trying now. Funny how all your life we protect ourselves not to get pregnant and now that we want to… not so easy!. i had 2 unsuccessful IUI’s and hope 3 times a charm. 🙂 I also call my doc. Dr. H..lol maybe we have the same doc.! I think it is so awsome that you have decided to have a baby on your own, I wish I was that brave!..

I’ve just come across this whilst researching Puregon. I am on day 2 of my injections. I figure since the last post was in October 2011 and that this blog is still up means you will keep it up. I’ve only just started reading but seems like we have a bit in common (since you started your journey) and I am already grateful that I have stumbled across this. I hope everything is going well for you.

Hi Shannon, I was sitting online when your message came through. I hope you get something out of this blog, it was a kind of diary for me when I was going through all of the drama of TTC. My daughter will be 5 years old in January. The time has flown and it has been the best 5 years of my life.
Good luck to you on your journey. I see from your email that you are Australian too.
Cheers, Sharon.
